Voor een gevestigde onderneming actief binnen de grondwerken in Lier zijn we op zoek naar een allround boekhoudkundig profiel dat graag meer doet dan alleen cijfers verwerken.

Naast de dagelijkse boekhouding krijgt u een gevarieerd takenpakket en ondersteunt u de bedrijfsleiding bij verschillende administratieve en operationele dossiers. Op termijn kunt u uitgroeien tot een echte rechterhand van de bedrijfsleiding.

Uw takenpakket:

  • Inboeken van klanten- en leveranciersfacturen
  • Controleren en opvolgen van leveranciersfacturen
  • Opvolgen van openstaande klanten
  • Verzorgen van de klantenfacturatie
  • Opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers
  • Verzorgen van specifieke rapporteringen, waaronder MATIS en recuperatie van accijnzen
  • Opvolgen van de algemene info-mailbox
  • Onthaal aan de weegbrug, samen met drie collega's
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de bedrijfsleiding
  • Ondersteunen en opvolgen van verschillende interne dossiers

Wie interesse heeft, kan daarnaast ook meer operationele of technische zaken opnemen, zoals de administratieve opvolging van onderhoud aan machines. Zo kan het takenpakket verder worden afgestemd op uw interesses en sterktes.

We zoeken iemand met een boekhoudkundige basis die bewust kiest voor een brede en afwisselende functie. U hoeft dus niet noodzakelijk iemand te zijn die op termijn een pure A-Z-boekhoudfunctie ambieert.

U werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar vindt het eveneens fijn om betrokken te zijn bij de dagelijkse werking van een onderneming. U bent administratief sterk, neemt initiatief en vindt het interessant om rechtstreeks met de bedrijfsleiding samen te werken.
