Het bedrijf is al meer dan 20 jaar een gevestigde waarde op vlak van IT, dit onder meer voor infrastructuur, security en distributie. Op heden zijn ze operationeel in 5 landen. Elke lokale afdeling ondersteunt resellers bij de implementatie en verkoop van oplossingen en helpen klanten bij hun aankoop, implementatie en onderhoud. Daarnaast ondersteunen ze klanten ook met interne verkoop, pre-sales en after-sales ondersteuning. Om de finance-afdeling verder te ondersteunen, kijken zij uit naar jouw motivatie!

Jouw dag zal er als volgt uit zien:

  • Aankoopfacturen boeken en opvolgen
  • Zowel business als aparte kosten afboeken
  • Controleren van de balans
  • Betalingen voorbereiden
  • Beantwoorden van leveranciersvragen per mail of telefonisch
  • Rapportages opstellen
  • Je behaalde een bachelor- of een graduaatdiploma in de richting boekhouding - informatica of in accountancy - fiscaliteit
  • Je kan je vlot uitdrukken zowel in het Nederlands als in het Frans, dagelijks zal je ook met klanten en collega's uit de regio van Rijsel in contact staan
  • Je bent bewust op zoek naar een tijdelijke job, waarbij je ervaring wil opdoen voor jouw verdere carrière
  • Je bent flexibel, 2 maal per week zal je namelijk samen met de verantwoordelijke van finance reizen naar Rijsel
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en graag cijfermatig bezig, hierdoor kan je vlot integreren in het te leren takenpakket
