The posting

Als Boekhoudkundig Dossierbeheerder versterk je een team van negen collega’s binnen een accountancykantoor in Herentals. Het kantoor combineert ervaring over vier generaties met een persoonlijke klantenaanpak, verdere digitalisering en efficiënte werkprocessen.

Je beheert zelfstandig KMO-dossiers uit verschillende sectoren en bent het aanspreekpunt voor jouw klanten. Nadat assistenten de facturen en financiële verrichtingen hebben verwerkt, neem je de verdere dossieropvolging van A tot Z op. Daarbij kun je rekenen op de expertise van collega’s en overleg je waar nodig.

Je verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Zelfstandig opvolgen en beheren van een portefeuille KMO-dossiers.
  • Controleren en verder opvolgen van de door assistenten verwerkte boekhouding.
  • Opmaken van tussentijdse resultatenrekeningen.
  • Uitvoeren van jaarafsluitingen en opstellen van jaarrekeningen.
  • Verzorgen van btw-verplichtingen.
  • Opmaken van aangiften in de personen- en vennootschapsbelasting.
  • Voorbereiden van fiscale controles.
  • Ondersteunen en adviseren van klanten bij boekhoudkundige en fiscale vragen.
  • Afstemmen met collega’s bij vragen en aandachtspunten binnen jouw dossiers.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Bedrijfsmanagement – Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring.
  • Ervaring binnen een accountancykantoor is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en een georganiseerde aanpak kenmerken jouw werk.
  • Je neemt zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers en zoekt overleg wanneer nodig.
  • Nederlands beheers je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Een open houding tegenover AI en de bereidheid om hierover bij te leren passen bij jou.
  • Kennis van Silverfin, Expert/M, ClearFacts, AdminPulse of gelijkaardige software is een troef.
