Als boekhoudkundig medewerker in dit logistiek bedrijf krijg je een breed takenpakket. Je verwerkt niet alleen de boekhouding, maar ondersteunt ook administratieve processen. Je werkt in een omgeving waar initiatief gewaardeerd wordt en waar je nauw samenwerkt met het management.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder andere uit:

  • Inboeken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • Verwerken van financiële transacties
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande rekeningen
  • Voorbereiden van de btw-aangiftes
  • Ondersteuning bij maand- en jaarafsluiting
  • Facturatie en administratieve opvolging van klanten
  • Beheer van aankoopdossiers
  • Algemene backoffice en administratieve ondersteuning
  • Contact met klanten, leveranciers en externe partners

Elke dag ziet er anders uit. Je schakelt vlot tussen boekhoudkundige taken en administratieve dossiers. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de manager bij praktische en organisatorische taken.

  • Bachelordiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Finance of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie

  • Je neemt initiatief en denkt mee
  • Goede kennis van MS Office
  • Ervaring met een ERP-pakket is een plus
  • Taalvaardig in Nederlands, met basiskennis Frans
