Onze klant is een internationale industriële onderneming. Vanuit België werkt het bedrijf samen met verschillende vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland. Voor het finance team zoeken we een Finance Officer die graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt en mee zorgt voor een correcte financiële administratie.Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer vijf collega's, waar overleg, verantwoordelijkheid en samenwerking belangrijk zijn.

Jobomschrijving

Ben jij een financiële duizendpoot die graag bezig is met boekhouding, facturen en betalingen? Dan is dit een functie waarin je jouw ervaring echt kunt gebruiken.Als Medewerker Boekhouding neem je een belangrijk deel van de dagelijkse financiële administratie voor je rekening. Je combineert uitvoerend boekhoudkundig werk met ondersteuning bij financiële rapporteringen en procesverbeteringen.

  • Verwerken van inkomende facturen en bankverrichtingen.
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen en uitvoeren van reconciliaties.
  • Voorbereiden van leveranciersbetalingen en ondersteunen van debiteurenbeheer.
  • Meewerken aan de maandafsluiting, rapporteringen en financiële aangiftes.
  • Samenwerken met collega's rond facturatie, betalingen en andere financiële processen.
  • Werken met SAP/ERP en Excel voor de dagelijkse financiële administratie.
  • Meedenken over manieren om financiële processen efficiënter en eenvoudiger te maken.

Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die al een stevige basis heeft binnen boekhouding en graag een groot deel van de tijd uitvoerend bezig is.

  • Je hebt ervaring in boekhouding, AP/AR of een gelijkaardige financiële functie.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring binnen een productieomgeving.
  • Je hebt al met een ERP-pakket gewerkt.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft goed Nederlands en Engels. Een basiskennis Frans is belangrijk, verdere kennis is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en houdt deadlines goed in het oog.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar functioneert ook graag binnen een klein finance team.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en ziet werk liggen.
