Wir bringen Steine ins Rollen - die Firma Paltentaler Splitt & Marmorwerke GmbH ist Spezialist für die Gewinnung, den Abbau und die Produktion von hochwertigen Mineralen. Unsere "Steine" sind fürs Leben, denn wir produzieren Produkte für die vielseitige Anwendung in Industrie, Bau, der Landwirtschaf sowie in der Gartengestaltung - seit mehr als 65 Jahren.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine 1 Bohrist & Sprengmeister (m/w/d) standortübergreifend in all unseren Werken

Deine zukünftige Rolle:

* Selbstständige Durchführung der Bohr- und Sprengplanung in den jeweiligen Gewinnungsbetrieben

* Selbstständiges Herstellen des Bohrplatzes sowie Vorbereitung der Sprenganlage

* Durchführung von Bruchwandvermessungen als Basis für die Planung von Tiefbohrlochsprengungen

* Durchführung von Vorgabe- und Bohrloch-Abstandsmessungen für ein optimales Sprengergebnis

* Erstellen von Bohr- und Sprengschemata

* Herstellen von Bohrlöchern für Gewinnungssprengungen mittels firmeneigenem Bohrgerät (Imlochhammer)

* Ermittlung und Bestellung der benötigten Sprengstoff- und Zündmittelmengen

* Durchführung von Sprengungen aller Art in den Gewinnungsbetrieben

* Durchführung von Erschütterungsmessungen

* Führung einer genauen Bohr- und Sprengdokumentation in den Gewinnungsbetrieben

* Führung des Sprengmittelbuches (Ein- und Ausgänge) sowie Lagerhaltung der Sprengmittellager gemäß gesetzlichen Vorschriften

* Unterstützung bei Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten bei zeitlicher Kapazität

* Flexible Einsatzmöglichkeiten mit Tätigkeit in allen Werken

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Bergbau, Sprengtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Sprengschein Tiefbohrloch von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Bergbaugeräten (z. B. Bagger, Lader, Mulde) von Vorteil

* Erfahrung in der Bohr- und Sprengarbeit von Vorteil

* Führerschein der Klassen B, F, E/B

* Vollzeitbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 39,0 Wochenstunden

* Entlohnung nach KV-Steinarbeiter ab € 16,58/Std. je nach Ausbildung
