MBO Niveau 3, MBO Niveau 4 BOL-stage logistiek export documentatie medewerker Over deze stage Tijdens deze stage help je mee om alle benodigde documenten voor vervoer van goederen per (container)schip, op tijd en volledig klaar te hebben. Daarnaast zorg je voor een correcte facturatie. De benodigde informatie krijg je voor een deel aangeleverd, maar je zal er zelf ook achteraan moeten gaan. Dit houdt in dat je contact hebt met onder meer klanten, (overzeese) agenten en rederijen. Het schip wacht niet op ons, wij moeten dus wel zorgen dat we alles op tijd in orde hebben. Het is een administratieve baan en vooral leuk voor mensen die houden van structuur en in staat zijn om overzicht te houden, ook als er sprake is van tijdsdruk. Natuurlijk mag je van ons een goede begeleiding verwachten. Waar het kan, werk je zelfstandig maar altijd in een team van ervaren medewerkers. Hulp is dus dichtbij.
