Booking Desk Agent 40 uren Barendrecht Tussen de € 3.095 en € 4.120 Logistieke opleiding MBO De juiste boeking begint bij jou Als Booking Desk Agent zorg jij dat import boekingen, transportopdrachten en klantafspraken kloppen. Niet ongeveer, maar zorgvuldig en op tijd. Bij Berkman werk je niet in een massaomgeving, maar aan dossiers waar afstemming, nauwkeurigheid en vakkennis tellen. Je schakelt met klanten, rederijen, agenten en collega's, bewaakt planning en details, en helpt de logistieke keten soepel te laten lopen. Technologie ondersteunt je werk. Jouw overzicht en communicatie maken het verschil. Wat deze rol bij ons anders maakt Zelfstandig werken gaat bij jou samen met verbinding zoeken met anderen. Wanneer dat nodig is, ondersteun je collega's en draag je bij aan een team waarin duidelijkheid, betrouwbaarheid en samenwerking centraal staan. Bij Berkman Forwarding doe je meer dan alleen boekingen verwerken. Je bewaakt de voorkant van het logistieke proces en zorgt dat zendingen vanaf het begin goed worden opgezet. Je werkt met klanten, rederijen, agenten en interne teams. Daardoor zie je snel waar iets wringt, waar informatie ontbreekt en waar actie nodig is. Je krijgt eigenaarschap over een correcte en tijdige boekingsafhandeling, binnen een omgeving waar procedures belangrijk zijn maar meedenken net zo goed. Omdat Berkman zich richt op inhoudelijke en vaak complexere dossiers, vraagt deze rol om aandacht, rust en overzicht, juist wanneer planningen verschuiven of meerdere partijen tegelijk iets van je nodig hebben. Jij past hier als je… - MBO-niveau 4 hebt (transport/logistiek gerelateerd); - Ruime ervaring hebt binnen de logistieke sector als import expediteur; - Bekend bent met het boeken van vrachtprocessen en kennis hebt van Incoterms; - de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed beheerst.
