Werken vanuit een technisch plan naar een perfect afgewerkt metalen onderdeel? Daar ligt jouw vakkennis! Je werkt met verschillende metaalbewerkingen, stelt machines correct in en controleert nauwgezet of elk stuk aan de verwachtingen voldoet. Een technische functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt over zijn werk en trots is op een nauwkeurig eindresultaat

Wat ga je doen? Binnen de werkplaats ben je verantwoordelijk voor het correct uitvoeren en opvolgen van verschillende bewerkingen aan metalen onderdelen. Technische tekeningen vormen daarbij de basis. Je stelt de machineparameters af, voert de bewerkingen uit en controleert tussendoor voortdurend de kwaliteit.

Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?

  • Uitvoeren van boor-, ruim-, verzink-, tap- en freesbewerkingen
  • Instellen van toerentallen en voedingen op basis van technische tekeningen
  • Bewerken van verschillende stukken met conventionele machines
  • Controleren van afmetingen, vormen en toleranties
  • Nauwkeurig meten met een schuifmaat, rolmeter en andere meetinstrumenten
  • Opsporen van afwijkingen, vervormingen of fouten tijdens de bewerking
  • Correcties uitvoeren wanneer een onderdeel niet aan de vooropgestelde eisen voldoet
  • Afwerken van randen en oppervlakken en verwijderen van eventuele afzettingen
  • Technische plannen correct interpreteren en toepassen tijdens het werk
  • Zelfstandig waken over een kwalitatieve uitvoering van de opdrachten
  • Overleggen met collega's wanneer technische kennis of een tweede blik nodig is

  • Relevante ervaring als CNC-insteller binnen de metaalsector
  • Technisch diploma of gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd binnen het vakgebied
  • Planlezen vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van de functie en is daarom noodzakelijk
  • Kennis van verschillende metaalbewerkingstechnieken
  • Ervaring met conventionele machines en stukwerk
  • Technisch inzicht om instellingen en bewerkingen correct in te schatten
  • Nauwkeurige werkwijze en gevoel voor kwaliteit
  • Voldoende handvaardigheid voor fijn en precies werk
  • Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren binnen de werkplaats
  • Bereidheid om nieuwe technieken en kennis verder onder de knie te krijgen
