The posting

In het atelier van Siegers Technics te Turnhout zal je voornamelijk werken aan diverse opdrachten voor onze vaste klanten en voor bepaalde projecten.

Binnen deze functie sta je in voor het maken en bekabelen van elektrische schakelborden.

Aan de hand van een schema kan je een volledig industrieel schakelbord opbouwen. Daarnaast monteer en herken je ook de verschillende onderdelen en monteer en kableer je deze.

Taakoverzicht:

  • Op basis van het elektrische schema, het bedradingsplan of het vermogen van de toestellen kabels, stroomonderbrekers, relais, zekeringen, ... selecteren
  • De dragers op maat brengen en in elkaar zetten (kasten, montageraam, rails, goten, …)
  • De draden klaarmaken, op de dragers plaatsen en in de aansluitklemmen van de toestellen vastmaken
  • De bedrading aan de hand van het plan controleren
  • De elektrische continuïteit van de bedrading controleren
  • Afstellingen uitvoeren voor het onder spanning zetten
  • e plaatsing van componenten in een toestel of installatie uitwerken (kast, bord, ...)

Verantwoordelijkheden & plichten:

  • Steeds werken volgens de veiligheidsvoorschriften van ons bordenbouw atelier
  • Zorg dragen voor je werkmateriaal
  • Actief deelnemen aan werkoverleg en vormingsmomenten
  • Bij kortstondige afwezigheid van medewerker inspringen zodat de continuïteit verzekerd wordt.

Plaats binnen de organisatie:

Als bordenbouwer leg je verantwoordelijkheid af bij je chef atelier.

Kwalificaties:

  • zeer grondige vakkennis in functie van bordenbouwer
  • kennis normen en voorschriften mbt de installaties
  • kennis van de veiligheidsvoorschriften
  • kennis van materiaal en materieel
  • kennis van werfinrichting en signalisatie
  • basiskennis magazijnbeheer
  • A2 diploma elektriciteit
  • Meerdere jaren ervaring als bordenbouwer

  • veilig werken
  • zin voor verantwoordelijkheid
  • stipt nauwgezet en ordelijk
  • correct in omgang met medewerkers en klanten; (leiding kunnen geven in later stadium)
