Als bordenbouwer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het assembleren, bedraden en testen van elektrische borden en schakelkasten volgens de technische specificaties en normen. Je werkt in een team van ervaren technici en draagt bij aan de productie van hoogwaardige en betrouwbare elektrische installaties. Je bent nauwkeurig, hebt oog voor detail en zorgt ervoor dat de borden en kasten voldoen aan de vereiste kwaliteitsnormen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Assembleren en bedraden van elektrische borden en schakelkasten volgens tekeningen en specificaties.
  • Monteren van componenten, zoals schakelaars, relais, zekeringen en kabelgoten.
  • Controleren en testen van de bekabeling en functionaliteit van de installaties.
  • Oplossen van eventuele technische problemen en afwijkingen.
  • Naleven van de geldende veiligheidsvoorschriften en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Samenwerken met collega's en de technische dienst om efficiënte productieprocessen te waarborgen.
  • Bijdragen aan de optimalisatie van werkprocedures en kwaliteitsverbeteringen.
  • Een technische opleiding in elektromechanica, elektriciteit of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied.
  • Ervaring als bordenbouwer of in een vergelijkbare functie is een pluspunt.
  • Kennis van elektrische componenten en schakeltechnieken.
  • Vaardigheid in het lezen van technische tekeningen en schema's.
  • Nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail in het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden.
  • Goede handvaardigheid en bekwaamheid in het werken met elektrische gereedschappen.
  • Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken en tevens een teamspeler te zijn.
  • Gedrevenheid om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen in de bordenbouw.
