The posting

Pour notre client, nous recherchons des bouchers avec possibilité d'évolution pour les régions de : Bruxelles, Fernelmont, Sombreffe, Florenville, Londerzeel en fonction de votre lieu de résidence.

- vous assurez la réception, la transformation et la commercialisation de différents types de viandes (boeuf, veau, agneau, porc, volaille) et garantissez la qualité des produits, le respect des normes d'hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire, ainsi que la satisfaction des clients

Préparation et transformation de la viande : Réceptionner, contrôler la qualité et la traçabilité des carcasses et pièces de viande.

Effectuer le désossage, le parage, le ficelage et la découpe selon les règles de l'art. Préparer les spécialités bouchères crues (paupiettes, brochettes, rôties préparés).

Gestion du rayon et présentation : Monter, garnir et mettre en valeur la vitrine d'exposition.

Veiller à l'étiquetage réglementaire (prix, origine, dénomination, allergènes).

Assurer la rotation des stocks et le suivi des dates limites de consommation (DLC).

Relation client et vente : Accueillir, conseiller la clientèle sur le choix des morceaux, les modes et temps de cuisson.

Effectuer la pesée, l'emballage et l'encaissement des ventes.

Prendre et préparer les commandes spécifiques des clients. Hygiène, sécurité et gestion : Appliquer strictement les normes d'hygiène alimentaire et la méthode HACCP.

Réaliser le nettoyage et la désinfection du matériel, du laboratoire et du plan de travail.

Participer à la gestion des stocks et aux inventaires.
