Heb jij ervaring binnen ruwbouw- of bekistingswerken en sta jij open om lange dagen te werken in een fysiek uitdagende job?

Wij kijken uit naar extra collega’s ter ondersteuning van onze projecten binnen utiliteits- en industriebouw Ons familiebedrijf is gespecialiseerd in (staal)betonwerken met zeer gevarieerde projecten, zoals betonkelders, betonvloeren, parkeergarages, laadkades, enz.

Je wordt dus niet enkel ingezet voor kelders, maar werkt mee aan uiteenlopende projecten van klein tot groot.

Samen met jouw team sta je in voor:

  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen
  • Plaatsen en monteren van systeembekisting
  • Plaatsen van wapeningsnetten
  • Storten, verdichten en afwerken van beton
  • Zorgen voor orde en veiligheid op de werf
  • Enz.

Ervaring binnen bekisting is een pluspunt, maar geen must. Belangrijker is dat fysiek zwaar werk en lange dagen jou niet afschrikken. Daarnaast ben je (bijna) in het bezit van een rijbewijs B, C of CE is een meerwaarde of kan via de firma behaald worden. Verder spreek jij Nederlands of vloeiend Engels.

Samen met je collega’s spreek je dagelijks af aan het magazijn, vanwaar jullie om 6u vertrekken richting de werf. De teams bestaan uit 3 à 4 personen, waarbij iedereen ook de rol van chauffeur op zich kan nemen.

De werven bestaan voornamelijk uit particuliere betonkelders, verspreid over heel België en ook Nederland. Je geniet van veel afwisseling, aangezien deze projecten meestal maximaal 5 dagen duren. Omwille van de afstanden en omdat bepaalde werken afgewerkt moeten worden, worden er regelmatig overuren gepresteerd (tot 12 uur per dag van huis). Deze worden uiteraard correct uitbetaald (relance-uren / KB 120% / 150%).

Naast deze overuren bieden wij een correct loon volgens jouw ervaring in PC124 (bouwsector), aangevuld met maaltijdcheques.
