Onze klant met deze vacature voor bouwarbeider renovatie in Oud-Heverlee is een familiebedrijf opgericht in de jaren '70. Met een team van 9 vakmensen realiseert het bedrijf op vandaag ruwbouwwerken voor verbouwingen, renovaties, vernieuwbouw en restauraties in en rond Oud-Heverlee en breder in Vlaams-Brabant. De focus ligt op het wind- en waterdicht maken van woningen en appartementen, zodat andere vakmensen nadien vlot kunnen afwerken. Ze staan voor een persoonlijke begeleiding en opvolging van elke werf. Veiligheid en een propere, leefbare werf staan hier centraal om (ver)bouwhinder te beperken. De zaakvoerder en zijn team gaan voor een strikte naleving van plaatsingsvoorschriften en een duidelijke planning om doorlooptijden niet onnodig te rekken. Intern hebben ze veel ervaring met werven in een stedelijke omgeving. Gedurende hun jarenlange ervaring hebben ze een goede samenwerking met een netwerk van betrouwbare vakmensen in de regio.

Jobomschrijving

Als bouwarbeider renovatie regio Oud-Heverlee werk je vooral in de ruwbouwfase van verbouwingen en renovaties op werven in en rond Oud-Heverlee.

  • Ruwbouwwerken uitvoeren van start tot wind- en waterdicht: afbreken, riolering, fundering, bekisting en betonwerken.
  • Houtwerken en dakconstructies plaatsen, inclusief houten daken timmeren.
  • Platte daken en waterdichting zelf uitvoeren, meestal met roofing (Imperbum van Derbigum).
  • Orde en netheid op de werf bewaken als onderdeel van veilig werken, met aandacht voor een propere, leefbare werf.
  • Werken volgens planning en afstemmen met de ploegbaas om de ruwbouwfase vlot vooruit te laten gaan.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie als bouwarbeider renovatie wil je werken aan renovatie- en (ver)bouwprojecten in en rond Oud-Heverlee.

  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met ruwbouwwerken (zoals afbraak, riolering, fundering, bekisting, metselwerken en betonwerken).
  • Je wil ook met houtconstructies werken, inclusief daktimmerwerken.
  • Je kan nauwkeurig werken volgens een planning en afspraken op de werf.
  • Je hecht belang aan orde en netheid op de werf, met focus op veiligheid.
  • Je bent bereid om wekelijks 2 overuren te presteren; deze worden uitbetaald aan 120% volgens KB 213.
