The posting

Amsterdam's metro staat voor een grootschalige transformatie. We moderniseren stations, vernieuwen de energievoorziening en upgraden het hele metronet naar 750 volt. Voor deze ambitieuze programma's zoeken we drie bouwcontractmanagers die elk de contractuele leiding nemen over één van deze baanbrekende projecten. Wat ga je doen? Als bouwcontractmanager leid je het contractmanagement voor één van deze drie programma's: Stationsprogramma: Vernieuwing van metrostations Spaklerweg, RAI en Overamstel, inclusief liften en roltrappen Gelijkrichterstations: Grootschalige vernieuwing van technische installaties met 20 kV-aansluiting 750 volt omschakeling: Technische upgrade van het hele metronet voor efficiëntere en betrouwbaardere metro's Je werkt met een innovatieve tweefasen-bouwteam aanpak, waarbij je optreedt als vaste sparringpartner van aannemers. In de voorbereidingsfase breng je inkoopbehoeften in kaart en ontwikkel je samen met inkopers de contractstrategie. Tijdens uitvoering toets je prestaties, signaleer je risico's en vertaal je deze naar concrete acties. Je bewaakt budgetten, adviseert over financiële oplossingen en onderhoudt contact met alle stakeholders. Wat bieden wij jou?
