Onze teams onderhouden woningen, scholen en kantoorpanden in de regio. Soms hebben we een megaklus, zoals het volledig opknappen van een flatgebouw van meerdere verdiepingen of een historisch pand in de binnenstad. Dankzij onze organisatie kunnen we meerdere locaties tegelijk bedienen en hebben we altijd voldoende personeel om projecten efficiënt te laten verlopen. Voor ons staat praktische uitvoering en kwaliteit voorop, en we zorgen ervoor dat elk project op tijd en netjes wordt afgerond. De Baan In deze rol werk je mee op grotere onderhoudsprojecten. Je helpt bij schilderwerk binnen en buiten, houtrotreparaties, herstel van deuren, trappen en gevelonderdelen, en bij kleinere restauraties. Daarnaast bouw en demonteren we steigers zodat alle werkzaamheden veilig verlopen. Vaak ben je betrokken bij projecten zoals het volledig opknappen van een flatgebouw of een monumentaal pand, waarbij meerdere ploegen tegelijk actief zijn. Je bent een praktische kracht op de werkvloer en ondersteunt onze vakmensen bij alles wat nodig is om een project succesvol af te ronden. Functie Eisen - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden naar de klus. - Je denkt mee; als iets niet kan horen we graag hoe het wel zou kunnen. - Je houdt van je werk en geniet ervan om aan het einde van de dag te zeggen; dat heb ik gemaakt! - Ervaring in de schilders branche of bouwsector heeft de voorkeur maar is niet direct vereist, het helpt wel (en scheelt in salaris); - Ook leerlingen en starters worden daarom uitgenodigd om te reageren, het vak kunnen we je leren! - Je bent fysiek fit, er zijn de nodige hulpmiddelen beschikbaar maar het werk kan fysiek zwaar zijn. ...
