Ons werk zit vooral in bestaande woningen en panden waar onderhoud gewoon goed moet gebeuren. Denk aan schilderwerk binnen en buiten, houtrotreparaties aan kozijnen en gevels en het herstellen van originele onderdelen van gebouwen. We werken vaak in oudere straten waar panden al tientallen jaren staan. Soms krijgen we een grotere opdracht, zoals het restaureren van een historisch pand of het onderhoud van een complete straat woningen. Ons team is klein, waardoor we snel kunnen schakelen en iedereen precies weet wat er op een project speelt. De Baan Als bouwhulp ben je het rechterhandje van onze vakmensen. Je schuurt, plakt af en zorgt dat het materiaal op de juiste plek staat. Soms help je bij het herstellen van houtrot in kozijnen of bij kleine restauraties van gevelonderdelen. Ook steigers opbouwen en afbreken hoort bij de klus, zodat iedereen veilig kan werken. Het werk speelt zich af bij oudere woningen en kleinere panden, en geen dag is hetzelfde. Zo doe je veel ervaring op en leer je van onze ervaren schilders hoe onderhoud professioneel wordt uitgevoerd. Functie Eisen - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden naar de klus. - Je denkt mee; als iets niet kan horen we graag hoe het wel zou kunnen. - Je houdt van je werk en geniet ervan om aan het einde van de dag te zeggen; dat heb ik gemaakt! - Je bent fysiek fit, er zijn de nodige hulpmiddelen beschikbaar maar het werk kan fysiek zwaar zijn. - Weet waarvoor gereedschap bedoeld is en gebruikt niet alles als kwast (tenzij het echt handig is) - Je bent bekend met de basiswerkzaamheden en hebt dus niet bij elke klus Youtube nodig. - De 'klik' , lange C.V....
