Timmerwerk, schilderwerk, isoleren en herstelwerk horen bij onze dagelijkse routine. Van zolders isoleren tot kozijnen maken of muren schilderen, we doen alles. Soms kleine reparaties, soms grote renovaties. Samenwerken betekent hier: klein team, korte lijntjes, juiste gereedschappen en soms een tandje bijzetten. Iedereen houdt elkaar scherp en samen zorgen we dat het resultaat klopt. Onze opdrachten lopen uiteen van schilderwerk bij een oude school tot isoleren bij nieuwbouwwoningen en timmerwerk bij een familiebedrijf. En ja, de man die zegt dat hij alleen een kwast vasthield, heeft meestal de verf op de vloer gezet. De Baan Wij zoeken een bouwhulp die graag meedraait in onze vaste ploeg. De dag begint met koffie en een blik op het werk van vandaag. Daarna is het aanpoten: isolatiewerk, steigers opbouwen, assisteren bij timmermerk en alles wat erbij hoort. Je helpt met materialen, ruimt op, en ondersteunt bij schilderwerk. Soms houd je een kozijn vast, soms geef je gereedschap aan, en soms help je met schuren of afplakken. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je leert elke klus weer iets nieuws. Humor hoort erbij: wie de steiger scheef opbouwt, mag 'm ook weer in z'n eentje recht zetten. Gelukkig helpen we elkaar meestal gewoon. Kortom: een afwisselende, praktische baan waar je echt onderdeel bent van het team. Functie Eisen - Je houd van je werk en geniet er van om aan het einde van de dag te zeggen ; dat heb ik gemaakt! - Ervaring in de schilders branche of bouwsector heeft de voorkeur maar is niet direct vereist, het helpt wel (en scheelt in salaris); - Ook leerlingen en starters worden daarom uitgenodigd om te reageren, het vak kunnen we je leren! - Je bent fysiek fit, er zijn de nodige hulpmiddelen beschikbaar maar het werk kan fysiek z...
