Het grootste deel van ons werk bestaat uit dagelijks onderhoud aan bestaande gebouwen. Overdag staan onze ploegen op verschillende plekken in de regio: schilderwerk binnen en buiten, houtrotreparaties aan kozijnen, gevels herstellen en oude onderdelen weer netjes maken. We werken veel aan oudere woningen en panden waar het onderhoud gewoon goed moet gebeuren. Soms komt er een grotere klus voorbij, zoals het volledig opknappen van een groot appartementencomplex waarbij we wekenlang met meerdere mensen tegelijk bezig zijn. De Baan Als bouwhulp ondersteun je onze schilders bij al het dagelijkse onderhoud. Je helpt met afplakken, schuren en het klaarzetten van materialen. Ook assisteer je bij kleine houtrotreparaties aan kozijnen en gevels. Daarnaast bouw je steigers op en af, zodat de schilders veilig hun werk kunnen doen. Je bent het rechterhandje van de schilder en krijgt zo de kans om van dichtbij te zien hoe vakwerk tot stand komt. Iedere dag werk je op een andere locatie, van oudere woningen tot grotere appartementencomplexen, en leer je het onderhoudsproces van begin tot eind kennen. Functie Eisen - Je bent in het bezit van een auto en mag deze ook legaal besturen. Geen rijbewijs? Dan kijken we of je mee kan rijden naar de klus. - Je denkt mee; als iets niet kan horen we graag hoe het wel zou kunnen. - Je houdt van je werk en geniet ervan om aan het einde van de dag te zeggen; dat heb ik gemaakt! - Ervaring in de schilders branche of bouwsector heeft de voorkeur maar is niet direct vereist, het helpt wel (en scheelt in salaris); - Ook...
