Heb je ervaring in het begeleiden van bouwprojecten waarbij de belangen uiteenlopen en de omgeving vaak meedenkt? Dan hebben wij de uitdaging voor jou! Jouw uitdaging Als Bouwkundig Inspecteur ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen collega's, gemeenten, provincies, aannemers, omwonenden en andere belanghebbenden. Jij hebt ruime ervaring met toezicht en handhaving binnen de bouw en beschikt over omgevingsbewustzijn en politieke sensitiviteit. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het behandelen van bouwaanvragen, het beoordelen van de constructieve veiligheid van projecten en het verlenen van bouwvergunningen. Je komt te werken aan een diversiteit van projecten, van kleine bouwwerken tot grote, complexe projecten, waarbij je steeds weer nieuwe uitdagingen tegenkomt. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om bij te dragen aan belangrijke ontwikkelingen, zoals de overgang van kolen naar waterstof bij een van de toonaangevende industriële bedrijven in Nederland. Wat ga je doen? • Je speelt een sleutelrol in kennisdeling en ontwikkeling binnen het team en begeleidt junioren. • Je voert toezicht uit op diverse bouwprojecten en beoordeelt de veiligheid, bereikbaarheid en leefbaarheid van de projecten. • Je ontwikkelt en verbetert de processen rondom toezicht en handhaving. • Je balanceert de belangen van aannemers, gemeenten en omwonenden, en komt tot constructieve oplossingen. • Je neemt initiatief in complexe dossiers en draagt bij aan grote, strategische projecten in het gebied. Vereisten • Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde. • Minimaal 3 jaar werkervaring als Toezichthouder of Bouwkundig Inspecteur. • Kennis van recente ontwikkelingen in de bouw, waaronder wetgeving zoals de Omgevingswet en innovatieve technieken zoals circulair bou...
