Als bouwinspecteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van de veiligheid en leefbaarheid binnen de gebouwde omgeving. Je voert inspecties uit op bouwprojecten en bestaande gebouwen, waarbij je let op naleving van wet- en regelgeving. Je signaleert afwijkingen, behandelt dossiers zoals funderingsproblemen, brandveiligheid, illegale bouw en kamerverhuur, en stelt rapportages en adviezen op. Je werkt samen met juristen, vergunningverleners en andere specialisten om tot duurzame oplossingen te komen. Je bent veel buiten, spreekt met eigenaren, ondernemers en bewoners, en draagt bij aan een veilige woon- en werkomgeving. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig - Goede analytische vaardigheden en oordeelsvorming - Afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op mbo- of hbo-niveau - Flexibel en in staat om te schakelen tussen verschillende dossiers en situaties - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden Functieoverzicht .
