Functiebeschrijving Draag je bij aan bouw, sloop en renovatie plannen? Voor verschillende opdrachtgevers in de regio Rotterdam ben ik op zoek naar een Bouwinspecteur die breed inzetbaar is voor de werkzaamheden die binnen dit vakgebied voorkomen. Jouw baan Binnen de afdeling Toezicht en handhaving houdt de inspecteur bouwtoezicht zich hoofdzakelijk bezig met uitvoering van toezicht op basis van vastgestelde programma's. Jij controleert en inspecteert zelfstandig bouwplannen die volgens de wet en regelgeving worden ingediend. Voor bouwplannen die niet volgens de regels zijn ingediend zoek jij een passende oplossing. Jij doet onderzoek, beoordeelt en analyseert verschillende situaties die je toetst met het bouwbesluit 2012. Ook voer je overleg met andere organisaties, ondernemers, bewoners, overige betrokken partijen en/of belanghebbenden Jouw werkdag Vandaag ga je op project bezoek bij de bouw van een nieuwe woonwijk waarbij de woningen gecontroleerd moeten worden aan de hand van constructie en brandveiligheid. Deze uitvoering doe je aan de hand van de verleende WABO vergunningen en de daarin opgenomen voorschriften. 's Middags vertaal je alle informatie die je hebt ontvangen in een software bestand Squit XO en JOIN.
