Als Bouwkostenadviseur ben jij de financieel-economische sparringpartner voor opdrachtgevers in de bouw- en vastgoedsector. Jij zorgt ervoor dat bouwprojecten niet alleen technisch haalbaar zijn, maar ook financieel gezond. Van de eerste schets tot de oplevering: jij houdt de vinger aan de pols en adviseert over kosten, risico's en kansen. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, projectontwikkelaars en aannemers, waarbij jouw expertise het verschil maakt tussen een project dat binnen budget blijft en een project dat uit de hand loopt. Jouw werkzaamheden zijn breed en uitdagend. Je duikt in tekeningen, begrotingen en contracten, maar houdt ook altijd het grotere plaatje in de gaten. Duurzaamheid, opbrengsten en risicomanagement zijn onderdelen waar jij actief over meedenkt. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt deze functie zo afwisselend en interessant. Jouw taken in het kort: - Opstellen van gedetailleerde bouwkostenramingen en investeringsanalyses voor diverse bouwprojecten; - Begeleiden van opdrachtgevers gedurende het gehele bouwproces op financieel-economisch vlak; - Adviseren over duurzaamheidsmaatregelen en de financiële impact daarvan; - Analyseren van risico's en kansen binnen bouwprojecten en vertalen naar concrete adviezen; - Onderhouden van contact met architecten, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen; - Bijdragen aan offertetrajecten en aanbestedingsprocedures; - Meedenken over opbrengstoptimalisatie en kostenbesparingen zonder concessies aan kwaliteit.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Binnen dit bureau krijg je de ruimte om je te specialiseren in specifieke sectoren of juist je kennis te verbreden naar aanverwante vakgebieden zoals projectmanagement of vastgoedontwikkeling.
