Voor een bouwbedrijf in de omgeving van Valkenswaard zijn wij op zoek naar een bouwkostendeskundige. Onze opdrachtgever, een familiebedrijf, staat bekend om haar professionele en klantgerichte aanpak. Wat ga je doen? - Zelfstandig maken van haalbaarheidsstudies, kostenramingen en kostprijsbegrotingen van potentiële projecten, die je ook op een heldere manier kunt toelichten en onderbouwen; - Je neemt actief deel aan interne projectteams en aan bouwteams; - Je signaleert risico's en mogelijke bezuinigingen en draagt (uitgewerkte) alternatieven aan; - Rapporteren aan het Hoofd Calculatie en de projectteams waar je deel van uit maakt. Wat vragen wij? - Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau richting Bouwkunde; - Enkele jaren relevante werkervaring; - Je bent zelfstandig, bent niet bang om initiatief te nemen en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel; - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve- en sociale vaardigheden; - Je hebt gevoel voor de markt en kennis van bouwmethodieken, materialen en kengetallen; - Kennis van BIM is een pré. Wie is HENK HENK detachering is het detacheringsbureau op het gebied van bouwkunde, werktuigbouwkunde, civiele techniek en elektro- en installatietechniek.
