Als bouwkundig adviseur en bouwprojectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden van uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, van de eerste schets tot aan de oplevering. Je werkt aan projecten zoals nieuwbouw, renovatie of uitbreiding van kantoren, scholen en sportaccommodaties. Je fungeert als regisseur van het bouwproces, waarbij je de belangen van de opdrachtgever behartigt en zorgt voor een optimale uitvoering binnen het gestelde budget en planning. Je schakelt tussen verschillende fasen van het project, van ontwerp tot contractvorming en realisatie. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team en onderhoudt contact met diverse belanghebbenden. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen klantennetwerk op te bouwen en opdrachten te verwerven, en je draagt bij aan innovatieve oplossingen voor complexe vraagstukken. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Teamspeler die goed kan samenwerken met verschillende disciplines - Afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Bouwkunde of vergelijkbaar - Commerciële affiniteit en het vermogen om relaties op te bouwen - Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week - Probleemoplossend vermogen en creativiteit - Relevante werkervaring in bouwkundige projecten - Uitstekende communicatieve en sociale vaardigheden Functieoverzicht .
