Als Bouwkundig Adviseur ben jij de technische specialist die projecten van A tot Z begeleidt. Je werkt nauw samen met architecten, stedenbouwers en andere adviseurs aan projecten die er echt toe doen. Je bent betrokken bij de volledige ontwerpfase, van schetsontwerp tot uitvoering, en zorgt ervoor dat technische oplossingen aansluiten bij de architectonische ambities en maatschappelijke doelstellingen van het project. Je adviseert over constructieve oplossingen, materiaalkeuzes en bouwfysische aspecten. Duurzaamheid staat daarbij altijd centraal – je denkt actief mee over circulaire bouwmethoden en innovatieve technieken die passen bij de ambitie om binnen de planetaire grenzen te bouwen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers en aannemers op bouwkundig gebied en zorgt ervoor dat de technische uitwerking aansluit bij de wensen en het budget. Jouw werkzaamheden in het kort: - Adviseren over constructieve oplossingen en materiaalkeuzes in alle projectfasen; - Uitwerken van bouwkundige detailleringen en technische tekeningen; - Begeleiden van het ontwerpproces in samenwerking met architecten en andere disciplines; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers, aannemers en andere betrokken partijen; - Toetsen van ontwerpen op bouwfysische aspecten en duurzaamheidseisen; - Bijdragen aan innovatieve en circulaire bouwoplossingen.

Doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn volop aanwezig. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot senior adviseur of projectleider, waarbij je meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgt over complexe projecten en het aansturen van junior collega's. Het bureau investeert actief in opleidingen en persoonlijke ontwikkeling, zodat je jezelf continu kunt blijven verbeteren.
