Pieters Bouwtechniek Bouwkundig BIM Engineer Ben jij een bouwkundige met een passie voor technisch ontwerp en BIM? Heb je ervaring met Revit en wil je doorgroeien naar een leidinggevende rol? Dan is deze functie bij ons bureau iets voor jou! (32-40 uur) Jij draagt bij aan het vormgeven van de gebouwde wereld om ons heen Mogelijkheid tot doorgroeien Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden - Wat ga je doen? Als Medior Bouwkundige / BIM Coördinator werk je aan uitdagende bouwprojecten en ben je verantwoordelijk voor: - Het technisch uitwerken van ontwerpen in Revit en BIM. - Coördinatie van het BIM-proces binnen projecten. - Kwaliteitsbewaking van modellen en technische uitwerkingen. - Advisering over bouwkundige en materiaaltechnische (on)mogelijkheden. - Samenwerking met architecten, constructeurs en leveranciers. - Begeleiding van junior collega's en kennisdeling binnen het team. - Bijdrage aan het verbeteren van interne processen en standaarden. - - HBO of WO Bouwkunde. - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in technisch ontwerp en BIM-coördinatie. - Uitgebreide kennis van Revit en affiniteit met Navisworks/Solibri. - Sterk technisch inzicht en communicatieve vaardigheden. - Proactieve houding en ambitie om door te groeien. - Wat bieden wij? - Mobiliteitsregeling en thuiswerkvergoeding. - Inspirerende werkomgeving met ruimte voor ontwikkeling. - Gezellige teamcultuur met gezamenlijke lunches, uitjes en kennisdeling. - Begeleiding in jouw groeipad richting project- of vestigingsleider. - Goede secundaire voorwaarden die wij hebben, zijn: - Op alle vestigingen van Pieters bieden we gratis fruit voor de medewerkers; - We vinden het belangrijk om naast het werk ook gezelligheid met elkaar te delen, we lunchen dus op alle vestigingen regelmatig samen; - We hebben uitjes die we met alle Pieters medewerkers doen, daarnaast zijn er ook uitjes met alleen jouw vestiging, al dan niet sportief. - Ook bezoeken we regelmatig onze projecten, dit ter inspi...
