Bouwkundig BIM-modelleur 1 uur geleden Bij Houben / Van Mierlo werken we aan bijzondere plekken waar mensen zich thuis voelen en samen een gemeenschap kunnen vormen. Van complexe transformaties tot grote nieuwe stadswijken. Plekken met een sterke verbinding met de omgeving; het stedelijke en natuurlijke landschap. Dat doen we vanuit ons duurzame en groene kantoor op het sfeervolle NRE-terrein in het centrum van Eindhoven. Jouw rol Als bouwkundig BIM-modelleur ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen ontwerp en uitvoering. Je werkt vanaf het voorlopig ontwerp tot en met het uitvoeringsgereed ontwerp en zorgt ervoor dat een goed idee ook daadwerkelijk een goed maakbaar gebouw wordt. Werken in compacte teams aan verschillende projecten tegelijk gaat je goed af. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met de ontwerper en projectverantwoordelijke. Je denkt mee over technische oplossingen, bewaakt de samenhang en brengt vanuit jouw kennis en ervaring het ontwerp verder. We zien de modelleur nadrukkelijk niet alleen als degene die een ontwerp 'uittekent'. We zoeken iemand die het ontwerp begrijpt, kritisch meedenkt en waar mogelijk waarde toevoegt. Iemand die technische kennis inzet om het ontwerp sterker, slimmer en maakbaarder te maken. Dit breng je mee Je hebt ruime ervaring als bouwkundig modelleur en kent de Nederlandse bouwpraktijk, regelgeving en bouwcultuur goed. Je bent in het bezit van een goed bouwkundig inzicht en kunt een ontwerp vertalen naar een technisch en uitvoerbaar gebouw. Ook denk je graag mee met ontwerpers en ben je niet bang om vanuit je technische kennis een ontwerp kritisch te bevragen of bij te sturen. Je hebt ervaring met ArchiCAD en bij voorkeur ook met AutoCAD. De Nederlandse taal beheers je goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
