Je zet je bouwkundige kennis in om de visie van de architect te laden met bouwkundige intelligentie. Jij bent degene die het gebouw herbouwt. Jij vertaalt point Cloud scans naar heldere, werkbare bouwkundige Revit-modellen. Samen met je team zie je jouw werk ook echt werkelijkheid worden. Jouw rol als bouwkundig BIM modelleur Als bouwkundig BIM modelleur ben je betrokken bij alle fasen van het ontwerp- en bouwtraject: van het eerste initiatief tot ontwerp en realisatie. Je geeft bouwkundige inhoud aan het architectonisch ontwerp en vertaalt dit zelfstandig naar zorgvuldige en maakbare Revit-modellen. Daarbij werk je intensief samen met architecten, engineers en collega's van de planontwikkeling. Projecten & team Je werkt aan duurzame en toekomstgerichte woningbouwprojecten zoals de Jolandaflat , Smaragdlaan en de Hovenbuurt . Hierbij besteden we veel aandacht aan leefbaarheid, de kwaliteit van de openbare ruimte en thema's zoals het spelende kind in de wijk. Je maakt deel uit van Heembouw Architecten binnen de klantgroep Wonen en werkt integraal samen met alle collega's binnen Heembouw. De focus ligt op de waardestroom Renovatie & Verduurzaming , waarbij je afhankelijk van de fase betrokken bent bij planontwikkeling of bij de uitvoering. Duurzaam en toekomstgericht Heembouw architecten is zich bewust van de impact van bouwen op mens en omgeving. Daarom staat duurzaamheid centraal in al onze ontwerpen. Onze projecten zijn natuurinclusief, circulair waar mogelijk en klimaatadaptief , met aandacht voor biobased materialen en toekomstbestendige leefomgevingen.
