Als Bouwkundig Calculator vervul je een cruciale rol binnen de organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van nauwkeurige begrotingen en calculaties voor diverse bouwprojecten op het gebied van renovatie en onderhoud. Met jouw expertise zorg je ervoor dat projecten financieel haalbaar zijn en binnen budget kunnen worden uitgevoerd. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, werkvoorbereiders en het uitvoerende team om tot de beste resultaten te komen. Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het analyseren van bestekken, tekeningen en overige projectdocumentatie; - Het opvragen en beoordelen van offertes bij leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde kostprijsberekeningen en begrotingen; - Het meedenken over optimalisaties en kostenbesparende maatregelen; - Het deelnemen aan overdrachts- en inkoopgesprekken; - Het adviseren van het projectteam over budgettaire aspecten; - Het bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling en verbetering van calculatiemethoden.

Binnen deze functie zijn er uitstekende doorgroeimogelijkheden. Je kunt je ontwikkelen tot senior calculator, tender manager of zelfs doorgroeien naar een functie als hoofd calculatie. Het bedrijf investeert actief in opleidingen en trainingen om je calculatievaardigheden naar een hoger niveau te tillen en je kennis van innovatieve bouwtechnieken te verbreden.
