Als Bouwkundig Calculator zorg jij ervoor dat renovatie-, onderhouds- en verduurzamingsprojecten financieel én technisch goed onderbouwd van start gaan. Jij duikt in aanvragen, tekeningen en projectinformatie, maakt scherpe kostprijsberekeningen en denkt actief mee over de beste aanpak. Je werkt aan de voorkant van uiteenlopende projecten en hebt daarmee direct invloed op het uiteindelijke resultaat. Je combineert jouw bouwkundige kennis met een sterk gevoel voor cijfers en weet technische mogelijkheden te vertalen naar een realistische begroting. Wat ga je doen? Als Bouwkundig Calculator in Elst analyseer je nieuwe aanvragen en vertaal je alle beschikbare informatie naar een complete en betrouwbare calculatie. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de cijfers. Ook de technische uitvoering, risico's en mogelijke optimalisaties neem je mee. Je schakelt gedurende de dag tussen cijfers, techniek, leveranciers en collega's. De ene keer vergelijk je meerdere offertes, daarna werk je een nieuwe aanvraag...
