Als Bouwkundig Calculator in Elst analyseer je nieuwe aanvragen en vertaal je alle beschikbare informatie naar een complete en betrouwbare calculatie. Je kijkt daarbij verder dan alleen de cijfers. Ook de technische uitvoering, risico’s en mogelijke optimalisaties neem je mee.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

- Het vertalen van aanvragen, opnames en projectinformatie naar complete kostprijsberekeningen; - Het opvragen en kritisch beoordelen van prijzen van leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Het verwerken van offertes en gegevens in de calculatie; - Het afstemmen van werkzaamheden en uitgangspunten met planvormers, werkvoorbereiders en projectleiders; - Het vroegtijdig signaleren van risico’s en mogelijke knelpunten; - Het herkennen van kansen om kosten, kwaliteit en uitvoering te optimaliseren; - Het adviseren over technische en financiële keuzes; - Het meedenken over duurzame en toekomstbestendige oplossingen; - Het zorgvuldig onderbouwen van begrotingen en calculaties.

Je schakelt gedurende de dag tussen cijfers, techniek, leveranciers en collega’s. De ene keer vergelijk je meerdere offertes, daarna werk je een nieuwe aanvraag uit en vervolgens overleg je met een projectleider over een slimme uitvoeringsoplossing. Die afwisseling maakt jouw werk interessant.

Doordat je al in de voorbereidingsfase betrokken bent, heb je veel invloed op de haalbaarheid, kwaliteit en kosten van een project.

Je bent analytisch sterk, werkt nauwkeurig en weet cijfers te verbinden aan de praktijk. Bouwkundige vraagstukken uitpluizen, verschillende scenario’s tegen elkaar afwegen en een calculatie tot in detail onderbouwen passen goed bij jou.

Daarnaast heb je:

- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als calculator binnen vastgoedonderhoud, renovatie, groot onderhoud of de bouw; - Een afgeronde bouwkundige opleiding op mbo+ of hbo-niveau, of vergelijkbare kennis en ervaring; - Kennis van calculatie- en uitvoeringsmethodieken; - Ervaring met geautomatiseerde calculatieprogramma’s;
