Voor deze functie zoeken wij specifiek een expert die werkzaam is in de regio Eindhoven. Wat ga je doen? Je bundelt jouw kennis met die van collega-experts en zorgt voor scherpe, deskundige inzichten waarmee opdrachtgevers verder kunnen. Met jouw proactieve houding zorg je voor een duidelijke voorsprong in feitenkennis en draag je direct bij aan het verlagen van de schadelast. Je wordt één van de gezichten van onze bouwkundige expertisediensten en krijgt de ruimte om de afdeling verder te versterken en door te ontwikkelen. In deze veelzijdige rol: • Voer je bouwkundige analyses en inspecties uit. • Adviseer je opdrachtgevers over bevindingen en herstelmogelijkheden. • Onderhoud je contact met opdrachtgevers, veelal verzekeraars en volmachten, en andere betrokken partijen. • Zet je jouw vakkennis in om dossiers helder, compleet en professioneel te behandelen. • Draag je actief bij aan de ontwikkeling en groei van de afdeling. Wie zoeken wij? Jij bent een energieke, communicatieve professional die graag schakelt tussen collega's, betrokken partijen en opdrachtgevers. Je kunt je kennis helder en overtuigend overbrengen en je hebt een stevige bouwkundige basis. Je beschikt over: • Mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau met een bouwkundige achtergrond - bijvoorbeeld opgedaan als werkvoorbereider. • Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift. • Een duidelijke en professionele schrijfstijl. • Het vermogen om dossiers te beoordelen, prioritei...
