Voor een studiebureau regio Temse zoeken we een bouwkundig ingenieur die graag meewerkt aan projecten in publieke ruimte en infrastructuur.

De functie inhoud Wat mag je zoal verwachten?

  • Meewerken aan projecten rond infrastructuur en publieke ruimte.
  • Technische plannen en dossiers uitwerken.
  • Meedenken over praktische en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Kwaliteit bewaken doorheen het hele project.
  • Samenwerken met collega’s om projecten technisch sterk neer te zetten.

Onze klant Je komt terecht in een studiebureau regio Temse waar gewerkt wordt aan projecten in publieke ruimte en infrastructuur, met een sterke focus op kwaliteit en technische uitwerking. Wat meteen opvalt, is de combinatie van inhoud en sfeer: je werkt aan uitdagende projecten, maar in een omgeving waar het ook gewoon aangenaam is om te werken.

De job zelf is mooi in balans, met ongeveer 75% bureauwerk en 25% op de baan. Daarnaast is er veel flexibiliteit: je kiest grotendeels zelf je uren en ook thuiswerk is meerdere dagen per week bespreekbaar. De zaakvoerders zijn toegankelijk, de lijnen zijn kort en er wordt echt geluisterd naar medewerkers. Regelmatige evaluaties en feedbackmomenten zorgen ervoor dat je blijft groeien in je rol.

Er wordt ook veel belang gehecht aan work-life balance. Het team is sportief ingesteld, neemt deel aan activiteiten en wedstrijden, en na het werk is er ook ruimte om samen iets te drinken.   • Diploma industrieel ingenieur bouwkunde of bachelor bouw.
  • Interesse in infrastructuur en publieke projecten.
  • Je werkt graag technisch en oplossingsgericht.
  • Kennis van AutoCAD is een plus.
  • Hands-on ingesteld en niet bang om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen.
