Als Bouwkundig Inspecteur ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor bewoners, aannemers en opdrachtgevers tijdens onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten. Je houdt toezicht op de uitvoering, controleert de kwaliteit van het werk en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning en afspraak verloopt. Je bent regelmatig op locatie, loopt door de panden en signaleert waar nodig verbeterpunten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en vakspecialisten binnen de organisatie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van rapportages en het bijhouden van de voortgang in systemen. Jouw taken zijn onder andere: - Uitvoeren van bouwkundige inspecties bij onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten; - Controleren van de kwaliteit van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden en materialen; - Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor bewoners en aannemers tijdens projecten; - Signaleren van afwijkingen en adviseren over oplossingen; - Opstellen van inspectierapportages en voortgangsregistraties; - Samenwerken met projectleiders en andere vakspecialisten binnen het team.
