Als Bouwkundig Inspecteur ben jij het technische geweten bij inspecties van sociale huurwoningen. Je voert bouwkundige inspecties uit bij woningcorporaties door heel Nederland en brengt de technische staat van woningen nauwkeurig in kaart. Je analyseert constructies, installatietechniek en energetische prestaties, en vertaalt jouw bevindingen naar heldere rapportages die woningcorporaties helpen bij hun strategische keuzes. Jouw werk draagt direct bij aan de verbetering van de sociale woningvoorraad en de verduurzaming van duizenden woningen. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het uitvoeren van bouwkundige inspecties bij sociale huurwoningen door heel Nederland; - Het beoordelen van de technische staat van woningen, constructies en installaties; - Het analyseren van energetische prestaties en verduurzamingsmogelijkheden; - Het opstellen van gedetailleerde inspectierapportages en technische adviezen; - Het adviseren van woningcorporaties over onderhoud, renovatie en verduurzaming; - Het bijdragen aan data-analyses van grote woningportefeuilles; - Het samenwerken met collega-adviseurs aan integrale projecten.

Je krijgt volop ruimte om je te ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied. De organisatie investeert in jouw groei door middel van opleidingen, cursussen en kennissessies. Je kunt doorgroeien naar een rol als senior inspecteur of je verbreden richting advieswerk op het gebied van duurzaamheid en energietransitie. Daarnaast biedt de organisatie mogelijkheden om je te specialiseren in specifieke thema's zoals warmtetransitie, circulair bouwen of installatietechniek.

Wat wij bieden: Je ontvangt een marktconform salaris tussen de €3.100 en €4.200 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van jouw ervaring en kwalificaties. Dit salaris is gebaseerd op een fulltime dienstverband en wordt aangevuld met aantrekkelijke secundaire arb
