Bouwkundig inspecteur Ben je timmerman, bouwvakker, voorman of uitvoerder? Toe aan minder zwaar werk? Van bouwplaats naar inspectie! Je bent trots op wat je in de bouw hebt bereikt. Tegelijkertijd merk je misschien dat het tijd is voor een nieuwe uitdaging waarin je jouw vakkennis kunt blijven gebruiken, maar waarbij het werk fysiek minder zwaar is. Wat als je jouw bouwkundige kennis kunt blijven gebruiken, zonder dagelijks zwaar werk te verrichten? Bij Second Home Check leiden we je op tot bouwkundig inspecteur van recreatiewoningen. Je bezoekt chalets, stacaravans en recreatiewoningen door heel Nederland en voert bouwkundige inspecties uit. Daarbij kijk je naar de technische staat, onderhoud en veiligheid van het object. Jouw bevindingen verwerk je in een duidelijke rapportage voor de eigenaar. Je blijft dus bezig met bouwkundige vraagstukken, maar op een andere manier. Wat ga je doen? Als bouwkundig inspecteur: - Inspecteer je recreatiewoningen, chalets en stacaravans. - Signaleer je bouwkundige gebreken en onderhoudspunten. - Maak je foto's en verzamel je relevante informatie. - Stel je heldere inspectierapporten op. - Geef je klanten uitleg over jouw bevindingen. - Werk je zelfstandig op verschillende locaties in Nederland. Geen dag is hetzelfde. De ene dag inspecteer je een chalet op de Veluwe, de volgende dag een recreatiewoning aan de kust. Wat vragen wij? - Ervaring heeft in de bouwsector. - Bouwkundig inzicht heeft. - Zelfstandig kan werken. - Klantvriendelijk is. - Goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft. - Duidelijk kan communiceren met klanten. - In het bezit is van rijbewijs B. Wat krijg je? - Een auto, telefoon en laptop. - Gezellige collega's waarop je kunt steunen. - Afwisselende baan; je bent ongeveer 80% onderweg en 20% op kantoor. - Interne opleidingen (opleidingsbudget) om jezelf te ontwikkelen. - Afhankelijk van ervaring, indicatief tussen €3.200 en €4.00 bruto per maand op fulltime basis. - Borrels en pers...
