Bouwkundig inspecteur woningisolatie Nibag Nibag is op zoek naar een bouwkundig inspecteur woningisolatie. - Fulltime - MBO - € 3340 - € 4360 per maand Wat ga je doen? Als bouwkundige inspecteur woningisolatie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van gedetailleerde woninginspecties om te beoordelen of ze in aanmerking komen voor geluidswerende maatregelen. Je werkt veel op locatie, voornamelijk in de regio Den Haag en Rotterdam en hebt een afwisselend takenpakket waarbij geen dag hetzelfde is. Je inspecteert verschillende soorten woningen, van moderne appartementen tot historische panden en maakt gebruik van jouw bouwkundige kennis om een correcte beoordeling te maken. Daarnaast werk je samen met onze adviseurs, die de gedetailleerde berekeningen en rapportages verzorgen. Hoewel je een basiskennis van bouwkunde en akoestiek nodig hebt, is jouw focus vooral gericht op het uitvoeren van de inspecties en het in kaart brengen van de situatie. Dit maakt de rol veelzijdig en afwisselend, met een praktische insteek. Wat vragen wij? - Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van bouwkunde of een vergelijkbare richting en beschikt over mbo werk- en denkniveau. - Je hebt ervaring met het lezen en herkennen van bouwkundige tekeningen en werkt nauwkeurig en systematisch. - Je bent flexibel en kunt je goed aanpassen aan verschillende omstandigheden. - Je hebt een proactieve houding en bent resultaatgericht, met oog voor detail en een sterke focus op kwaliteit. - Jouw communicatieve vaardigheden stellen je in staat om effectief te overleggen en rapporteren aan zowel klanten als collega's. - Je beschikt je over een rijbewijs B. - Ervaring met AutoCAD is een pré.
