Wat ga je doenBij Metron Bouwadvies calculeer je voor veel verschillende opdrachtgevers: aannemers/bouwbedrijven groot en klein, projectontwikkelaars en woningbouwverenigingen.Dit zie je ook terug in de diversiteit van projecten welke op jouw bureau komen: utiliteitsbouw, woningbouw (appartementen). Alle projecten met eigen specifieke eigenschappen, zoals hoogbouw, binnenstedelijk, de grond in, houtconstructies, veel volume. In het ontwerptraject van deze projecten vul jij de rol van kostendeskundige in. Dit kan zelfstandig zijn, maar bij grotere projecten gebeurt dit ook in teamverband. Kostenramingen opstellen in de SO-, VO- en DO-fase is wat jij graag doet en waar je ervaring in hebt. Meedenken in alternatieven/bezuinigingen en daarin opdrachtgevers adviseren wordt ook van jou verlangt. - Een kostenraming met een visie en diepgang is waar Metron voor staat - Wat verwachten wij van jou• Minimaal een afgeronde opleiding MBO Bouwkunde en daarnaast relevante werkervaring • Communicatief sterk• Cijfermatig goed onderbouwd• Technisch inzicht en ervaring met bouwprocessen. • Uiterst nauwkeurig in je werk• Proactief ingesteld• Ervaring met softwarepakketten Ibis Trad/Blue Beam/Solibri (is een pré).•• Ervaring met NL-SFB is een must• Ervaring in het opstellen van kostenramingen is een must Wie zijn wijMetron Bouwadvies is gespecialiseerd in bouwkostenmanagement.
