Je bent betrokken bij verschillende unieke woning- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten in de verschillende fases van het bouwproces. Organisatie De opdrachtgever is met haar 78 werknemers een gerenommeerd ingenieursbureau voor diverse bouwkundige disciplines. Al meer dan 40 jaar is zij actief voor uiteenlopende (vaste) opdrachtgevers. Zij is vanaf de ontwerpfase tot en met de oplevering betrokken bij haar projecten. Functie Als Revit Modelleur ga jij innovatief te werk gaat? Je bent betrokken bij verschillende unieke woning- en utiliteitsbouwprojecten in de verschillende fases van het bouwproces. Hierbij moet je denken aan projecten door geheel Nederland. Ook bij het vergunningstraject van de projecten kan jij betrokken zijn. Je onderhoudt nauwe contacten met de architect en de projectleider. Functie-eisen Voor deze functie ben je minimaal in het bezit van een diploma HTS bouwkunde en je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in het modelleren, met voorkeur in Revit. Je bent woonachtig binnen straal van 35 kilometer rondom Beverwijk. Aanbod Na een detacheringsperiode van 12 maanden wordt je een vast contract geboden.
