Bouwkundig modelleur Vacaturebeschrijving Introductie Zorg jij als bouwkundig modelleur ervoor dat de ruwbouw- en verbouwprojecten vooraf virtueel al zijn gerealiseerd? Dan zijn we op zoek naar jou! Organisatie Deze organisatie is specialist in design, engineering en projectmanagement van complexe (verbouw) projecten, met name in de retailsector, kantoren en renovatie. Ze zijn gevestigd in een prachtig kantoor in de omgeving van Haarlem. De werksfeer is informeel en collegiaal, met korte lijnen en veel aandacht voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Er heerst echt een teamgevoel waarbij je er samen voor gaat. De afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 15 medewerkers waarbij er een 50/50 verdeling is tussen man en vrouw. Functieomschrijving Als Bouwkundig Modelleur werk je aan uiteenlopende bouwprojecten, van de eerste opname op locatie tot en met de technische uitwerking en vergunningstrajecten. Je vertaalt bestaande en nieuwe situaties naar heldere, maakbare en goed gecoördineerde 3D-modellen. Werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit: - Uitvoeren van bouwkundige opnames op locatie, inclusief het maken en verwerken van 3D-scans; - Uitwerken van de opname tot een nauwkeurig 3D casco-model; - Uitwerken van het project in de verschillende ontwerpfasen (SO t/m TO); - Toetsen van ontwerpen op technische haalbaarheid, regelgeving en wetgeving; - Opzetten, coördineren en indienen van de benodigde vergunningen; - Vervullen van de rol van BIM Coördinator waar het project daarom vraagt; - Beheren en structureren van de cloudomgeving en projectdata gedurende het project. Je werkt zelfstandig én in teamverband samen met collega's en externe partijen, waarbij kwaliteit, overzicht en duidelijke afstemming centraal staan.
