Binnen de organisatie staat creativiteit, vakmanschap en samenwerking centraal. Ontwerpers werken nauw samen met projectmanagers, werkvoorbereiders en andere technische disciplines. Hierdoor worden creatieve ideeën niet alleen onderscheidend, maar ook technisch haalbaar en uitvoerbaar gemaakt. De projecten zijn afwisselend en bieden veel ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen een internationale werkomgeving. Functie inhoud Als Bouwkundig Ontwerper krijg je de kans om bouwkundige kennis en creativiteit te combineren in projecten die net even anders zijn dan reguliere bouw. Je bent vanaf de eerste briefing betrokken bij het bedenken en uitwerken van onderscheidende concepten voor interieurs, beursstands en merkbelevingen. Je verdiept je in de identiteit en doelstellingen van de opdrachtgever en vertaalt deze naar een ontwerp dat zowel visueel sterk als technisch haalbaar is. Je werkt jouw ideeën uit in 3D en denkt daarbij continu na over materiaalgebruik, constructie, functionaliteit en uitstraling. Samen met projectmanagers, werkvoorbereiders en andere ontwerpdisciplines zorg je ervoor dat een creatief idee uiteindelijk daadwerkelijk gebouwd kan worden. Juist die combinatie van ontwerpen en realiseren maakt deze functie interessant voor iemand met een bouwkundige achtergrond die verder wil kijken dan traditionele bouwprojecten.
