Deze organisatie is een bouwkundig ingenieursbureau met disciplines op het gebied van architectuur, bouwkundig tekenwerk en projectmanagement. Het bureau verzorgt projecten van nieuwbouw en verbouw van kantoorpanden en horeca tot bedrijfs- en opslagruimtes en winkelpanden met bovenwoningen en neemt ook deel aan de ontwikkeling van vrijstaande woningen, appartementen en woonwijken. De werkzaamheden bestrijken zowel schetsontwerp als uitwerking naar bestektekeningen, werktekeningen en detailtekeningen en omvatten daarnaast 3 D-impressies en vergunningsstukken. De organisatie werkt voor commerciële opdrachtgevers en diverse derde partijen en voert projecten uit die meerdere fasen doorlopen zodat medewerkers betrokken zijn vanaf het ontwerp tot aan het vergunnings- en uitvoeringsniveau. In Venlo bevindt zich een modern kantoor nabij het NS station dat een centrale plek biedt voor overleg met opdrachtgevers en gemeenten. De dagelijkse praktijk vraagt om technische tekenvaardigheden, kennis van regelgeving en materiaalgebruik en ervaring met gangbare tekensoftware en 3 D-modellering.
