In de rol van bouwkundig opzichter voor het vastgoed ben je belast met de afhandeling van onderhoudsklachten in de vastgoedportefeuille van onze opdrachtgever. Je hebt toezicht op onderhouds-, bouw-, sloop- en renovatieprojecten, en je controleert het gebruikersonderhoud. Daarnaast speel je een actieve rol bij werkvoorbereiding, draag je bij aan plannen om de klanttevredenheid te verhogen, voer je toezicht op mutatieonderhoud en opleveringen uit, en monitor je strikt de naleving van wettelijke eisen, waaronder keuringen en installaties. Deze rol vereist een zelfstandige aanpak, maar ook een sterk samenwerkingsvermogen. Je bent de schakel die ervoor zorgt dat ons maatschappelijk vastgoed voldoet aan de hoogste standaarden en de verwachtingen van onze gebruikers overtreft. Wie je bent (of wil worden): - Een afgeronde opleiding bouwkundig opzichter (BOT 1) - Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare werkervaring in de afgelopen 5 jaar als Bouwkundig Opzichter / Technisch Beheerder - Woonachtig in de regio van Spijkenisse - Gedreven mentaliteit met de wil om een organisatie naar een hoger niveau te tillen Functieoverzicht . Opleidingsniveau HBO Aanbod: - - Goed salaris van €3800,- tot €4300,- bruto per maand - Ruim 30 nieuwe, gedreven en leuke collega's - 36-uren contract, ene week 40 uur andere week 32 uur werken (vrijdag vrij) - Mogelijkheid om hybride te werken - De faciliteiten om je eigen thuiswerkplek in te richten - Netto vergoeding voor je auto Bedrijfsprofiel .
