EVOKE BESTAAT20+ JAAR ! - Bouwkundig Planvormer Locatie Eindhoven Opleiding MBO / HBO (Bachelor) Ervaring Minimaal 3 jaar Werkweek 32 - 40 uur Salaris €5.500 - €7.000 p.m. Wat ga je doen? Als Planvormer vertaal je voor onze opdrachtgever Bouwkundige klantvragen naar concrete plannen voor onderhoud en renovatie. Je voert bouwkundige inspecties uit en brengt de staat van woningen en gebouwen duidelijk in kaart. Op basis daarvan stel je meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP's) en verschillende onderhoudsscenario's op. Je maakt werkbegrotingen en kostprijsanalyses en beoordeelt welke aanpak technisch en financieel haalbaar is. Daarbij houd je rekening met kwaliteit, planning, duurzaamheid en de wensen van de opdrachtgever. Resultaatgericht Samenwerken (RGS) speelt een belangrijke rol binnen jouw werkzaamheden. Je stemt plannen af met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt dat de benodigde informatie beschikbaar is. Ook adviseer je over onderhoudsmaatregelen en duurzame oplossingen voor bestaand vastgoed. Je signaleert kansen om plannen en bouwprocessen slimmer in te richten. Zo leg je een sterke basis voor onderhouds- en renovatieprojecten die praktisch uitvoerbaar zijn. Jouw werkzaamheden - Bouwkundige inspecties uitvoeren en de resultaten verwerken in duidelijke rapportages; - Meerjarenonderhoudsplannen (MJOP's) opstellen, beoordelen en actualiseren; - Werkbegrotingen, ramingen en kostprijsanalyses maken voor onderhoudsprojecten; - Verschillende onderhoudsscenario's uitwerken en opdrachtgevers hierover adviseren; - Plannen toetsen op technische, financiële en praktische haalbaarheid; - Afstemmen met bewoners, opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers; - Verbetermogelijkheden signaleren op het gebied van duurzaamheid, onderhoud en bouwprocessen.
