In deze functie ben jij de verbindende factor tussen opdrachtgever, werkvoorbereiding, uitvoering, onderaannemers en leveranciers. Je begeleidt projecten van de eerste opname tot de oplevering en zorgt dat planning, kwaliteit, kosten en afspraken goed op elkaar aansluiten. Wat ga je doen? • Opnemen van werkzaamheden bij opdrachtgevers; • Coördineren van werkvoorbereiding, offertes, planning en uitvoering; • Aanvragen, beoordelen en inkopen van werkzaamheden bij onderaannemers; • Contact onderhouden met opdrachtgevers, bewoners, leveranciers en collega's; • Organiseren en voorzitten van bouw- en werkbesprekingen; • Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit, veiligheid en kosten; • Signaleren en oplossen van knelpunten en meerwerk; • Verzorgen van termijnfacturen en eindafrekeningen. Jij houdt het overzicht, schakelt snel en zorgt dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren. Wie ben jij? Je bent bouwkundig onderlegd, kunt goed organiseren en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid. Je bent communicatief sterk, denkt vooruit en houdt ook bij drukte het hoofd koel. Daarnaast heb je: • HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur bouwkundig; • Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in de bouw, bijvoorbeeld als werkvoorbereider, uitvoerder of projectleider; • Affiniteit met bouw, renovatie en onderhoud; • Goede organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden; • Rijbewijs B; • VCA VOL of bent bereid dit te behalen.
