The posting

Bouwkundig Projectleider - regio Den Haag De projecten zijn zeer divers en richten zich met name op pompstations door de Benelux. ( 30 december 2021 , Erik Schüssel ) Namens een groot ingenieursbureau dat wereldwijd werkt aan uitdagende constructie projecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Bouwkundig Projectleider . De design afdeling (12 collega's) richt zich op het opstellen van het programma van eisen en het coördineren van diverse bouwprojecten. Verder zijn ze continu bezig om te bekijken hoe het proces voor de bouw van met name retail constructies, efficiënt kan worden ingericht en is er veel communicatie met het project management team in Nederland en een team van constructeurs in Roemenië. De projecten zijn zeer divers en richten zich met name op pompstations door de Benelux. Wij zoeken een Bouwkundig Projectleider met een goede bouwkundige kennis, kennis van bouwbesluiten en reeds enkele jaren ervaring in een dergelijke rol. Het parallel kunnen coördineren van diverse bouwprojecten en het kunnen aansturen van een team van constructeurs zijn ook belangrijke vaardigheden. Wat is het aanbod? Je gaat aan de slag bij een gekend internationaal engineering consultancy met de mogelijkheid om, samen met een team, een grote diversiteit van bouwprojecten efficiënt te laten verlopen. Het salarispakket (basis: 50.000 - 80.000 euro/jaar) is prima in orde en doorgroeimogelijkheden zijn er legio.
