Als Projectleider ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor jouw project. Je stuurt het bouwproces aan van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat alles volgens planning verloopt. Je werkt nauw samen met uitvoerders, onderaannemers, leveranciers en opdrachtgevers. Jouw doel? Elk project succesvol opleveren, binnen budget, op tijd en met tevreden klanten. Je begint met de voorbereiding: je analyseert tekeningen, maakt calculaties en stelt een realistisch projectplan op. Tijdens de uitvoering houd je de vinger aan de pols. Je coördineert de werkzaamheden op de bouwplaats, lost knelpunten op en anticipeert op risico's. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële kant: je bewaakt het budget, beheert de nacalculatie en zorgt voor een gezonde marge. Ook de communicatie met de opdrachtgever valt onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid - je informeert hen over de voortgang en onderhoudt een sterke relatie; - Voorbereiden en plannen van bouwprojecten in woningbouw en utiliteit; - Aansturen van uitvoerders, onderaannemers en leveranciers; - Bewaken van planning, budget en kwaliteit; - Fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor opdrachtgevers; - Signaleren van risico's en proactief schakelen bij knelpunten; - Zorgdragen voor een veilige werkomgeving conform VCA-richtlijnen; - Bijdragen aan de continue verbetering van werkprocessen.
