Als Bouwkundig Projectleider verduurzaming krijg je de kans om bouwkundige projecten te leiden én een nieuwe vestiging op te bouwen. Je werkt samen met een ervaren bouwkundige projectmanager en helpt nieuwe collega’s hun weg te vinden in de wereld van de bouw. Naast projectmanagement krijg je een belangrijke rol in het opleiden en ontwikkelen van toekomstige projectleiders. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever, een landelijk advies- en ingenieursbureau, ga je aan de slag als Bouwkundig Projectleider verduurzaming. Je stuurt bouwkundige projecten aan vanaf de initiatieffase tot en met de uitvoering en bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit en voortgang. Je adviseert opdrachtgevers over bouwkosten, technische oplossingen en verduurzaming en onderhoudt contact met aannemers, adviseurs en andere betrokken partijen. Daarbij krijg je veel vrijheid om jouw kennis en ervaring in te zetten bij uiteenlopende bouwkundige vraagstukken. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je functie is het opzetten en verder ontwikkelen van een nieuwe vestiging in de regio Amersfoort. Samen met een ervaren bouwkundige projectmanager bouw je aan de lokale activiteiten, relaties en projecten. Daarnaast word je een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor nieuwe collega’s die starten binnen de bouw. Je maakt hen wegwijs in bouwprocessen, rollen, verantwoordelijkheden en de samenwerking tussen opdrachtgevers, aannemers en adviseurs. Vanuit jouw praktijkervaring begeleid en coach je collega’s en leid je talenten intern op richting de functie van projectleider. Zo bouw je niet alleen aan projecten, maar ook aan de volgende generatie bouwkundige professionals. Jouw werkzaamheden Als bouwkundig projectleider verduurzaming bestaan jouw werkzaamheden voornamelijk uit: - Aansturen en coördineren van bouwkundige projecten van initiatief tot en met uitvoering, inclusief planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang; - Adviseren van opdrachtgevers over bouwkosten, technische oplossingen, verduurzaming en bouwkundige..
