Als bouwkundig projectleider krijg je de kans om te werken aan duurzame woningen waar mensen zich thuis gaan voelen. Als bouwkundig projectleider stuur je het complete traject van woningbouwprojecten aan. Van voorbereiding tot oplevering houd jij het overzicht en zorg je ervoor dat alles binnen planning, budget en kwaliteit wordt uitgevoerd. Je bent zowel op kantoor als op locatie actief en maakt de vertaalslag van ontwerp naar realisatie. - Je stuurt het projectteam aan tijdens voorbereiding en uitvoering - Je bewaakt voortgang, kosten, kwaliteit en planning - Je onderhoudt contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en onderaannemers - Je zorgt voor heldere werkprocessen en goede projectadministratie - Je signaleert risico's en stuurt bij waar nodig - Je draagt bij aan optimalisatie van werkmethoden
